Thank you to the wonderful LOISD staff who generously donate to the foundation year-round. They not only work hard to educate and help our children, but also give financially to provide innovative programs and learning experiences that otherwise would not be possible.
Your donations also helps the Foundation support our Distinguished Scholars Academic Banquet, as well as our unique "partnership program," the "ACCEPT-ional Academic Signing Event and INSPIRE Staff Awards" recognition program. Both of these events are held annually in May.

Distinguished Scholars and Educators
- Innovative Classroom Grants – Provide funding for innovative curriculum, programs, technology, and equipment that takes learning to a higher level, and inspires teachers to reach beyond customary teaching techniques.
- Recognition of Academic Achievement – Distinguished Scholars Academic Banquet recognizes the top ten graduating seniors and honors ten specially chosen educators as Distinguished Educators.
- INSPIRE Staff Awards Program - Recognition of "excellence in education" and service to all students.
- School/Community Programs and Partnerships – Supports events and activities, like our partnership program, the "ACCEPT-tional Academic Signing Event" that brings the Education Foundation, school district staff, students, parents, and the community of Lone Oak together for a wonderful celebration!
