About Us
The Lone Oak ISD Education Foundation is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that was formed
​ March 30, 2016 by a group of parents, educators and community members who believe Lone Oak ISD deserves educational opportunities above and beyond what state and federal funding provide. 
 
The Lone Oak Education Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors, who partner with the Lone Oak ISD and seeks to provide exceptional educational opportunities to all students of LOISD.

Our Mission

The Lone Oak ISD Education Foundation’s mission is to provide opportunities for excellence in education, promote innovation in teaching, and partner with the community to enhance the quality of education and inspire learning for students.

Our Goals

The Lone Oak ISD Education Foundation will achieve its mission by directing resources toward the following goals:
  • Support staff for innovative efforts and recognize staff for exemplary teaching
  • Strengthen and enrich learning through the development of innovative programs
  • Support additional training and resources for educators of the Lone Oak ISD
  • Inspire parents and community members to participate with the school system to enrich education
  • Involve the community in assuring a quality education for the leaders and workers of tomorrow
